A specially modified tricycle with a hand crank and a chain drive for the front wheel was inoperative because the chain kept coming off the sprockets. Design modification necessary because the structure was too flexible.
Add a brace between the wheel hub and the chain guard assembly, and a second bolt to anchor the wheel hub. Need continuing feedback to tell if this modification adds sufficient strength to stand up under use.
